You may close your kfc2u account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance will be paid out to you once the verification process is complete, provided there are no active restrictions or ongoing investigations.

Kfc2u only accepts deposits from bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the same name as your kfc2u account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in the funds being returned and a temporary restriction placed on your account.
Any funds deposited into a kfc2u account are strictly for betting and entertainment purposes. kfc2u does not accept deposits for money storage or currency exchange purposes. Using the kfc2u platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

For football betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international leagues, as well as other sports such as BWF badminton, all markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. kfc2u uses recognised sources to obtain results and is not responsible for any delays or errors in third-party news sources.
For E-Sports betting covering MLBB, CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, and League of Legends, results are based on official outcomes announced by the tournament organiser. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within a specified timeframe, kfc2u reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the stake to the user.
Live in-play bets are accepted while a match is in progress. kfc2u updates odds in real time and reserves the right to suspend live in-play markets at any time for technical or business risk reasons. Bets confirmed prior to the suspension of a market will remain valid.
If you wish to dispute the outcome of a match or a bet, you may submit a complaint through kfc2u's customer support channels within 14 days of the result being announced. kfc2u's decision in resolving any dispute is final.
